JD Wood died Saturday, November 28, 2015. He was a Senior Airman in the US Air Force assigned to the 2d Space Warning Squadron at Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. A memorial will be held at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory, Enterprise, on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to an education account for his two sons, Emmett and Jackson. He lit up every room he walked into and had the most generous spirit.JD is survived by his wife Alexis and two sons, Emmett and Jackson of Aurora, Colorado; his parents, Lisa and Jerry Pair of Enterprise, AL; Jim and Carrie Wood of San Angelo, Texas; his grandparents, Donald and Bobbie Gilleland, Enterprise, AL; Terry and Cathy Morris, Milner, GA; Jim Wood, Sr., Carlsbad, NM; siblings: Kyrsten, Haze, Chelsea and Savanah Wood and Haylee Grant; his best friend Chase Carter; his aunt, Donna Gilleland; uncles, Mike OBrien (Doreen); Pat OBrien (Kim); Johnny Ray Pair (Sharon); aunts, Jackie Leboufe (Ricky); Janette Holloway (Kevin), Shannon Wood, and Coley Wood.
