John Calvin Lee

John Calvin Lee of Enterprise, 89, was born September 6, 1925, in Bellwood, Geneva County, AL and he was the son of the late Carrie Wright and Henry Cade Lee. He was a longtime member of Enterprise First Baptist Church, serving as deacon and Sunday School teacher. He was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Idelma Martin Lee.Funeral services will be held at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., followed by a private family graveside service. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Baptist Church Youth Program, 302 North Main Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.He is survived by four children, Sue Lee May (Roe) Enterprise; Sandra Lee Thrash (Bill) Anniston; Mickey Lee (Carol) Enterprise; Nanci Lee Curtis, Birmingham; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.Thank you to all the staff at Enterprise Health and Rehab Center for their love and care.
