Billy Ray Phelps

Billy Ray Phelps, age 66 of Enterprise, AL, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016 at Flowers Hospital. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a disabled veteran. Mr. Phelps was preceded in death by his Mom and Dad, Bennie Frank and Essie Mae Phelps, a sister and a brother. Survivors include his wife, Rene Phelps, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Traci Brentlinger and her fiancé, GeoffreyAbney, Elba, AL; one son, Tony Phelps (Debra) Enterprise, AL; four grandchildren, Beverly Boswell; Tristan Snow; James Helms; Ashlynn Helms; sister, Judy Compton; brothers, Danny Phelps; Donald Phelps; brother-in-law, Ray Mallette; numerous nieces and nephews.
