William R. (Ronnie) Nelson

William R. (Ronnie) Nelson went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, November 23, 2016.  He was preceded in his passing by his father, J. T. Nelson Jr. and his mother, Mary Wesley Nelson.   Survivors include his wife, Patricia Frances “Fran” Nelson; daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne Cynthia and Christopher Johnson; son, Keith Edward Nelson; daughter, Ronda Leigh Nelson; one sister and 2 brothers.   Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 25, 2016 at Cool Springs Baptist Church, 3004 County Road 708, Enterprise, AL, with Rev. Mark Jankoski and Rev. Bryan Sawyer officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery.  A special song will be provided by Bro. Mose Wilkerson and background music will be provided by Mark Godwin with a medley of piano music of his choosing. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until service time.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cool Springs Baptist Church Building Fund.           Serving as pallbearers are Ronnie Driggers, Donnie Driggers, Rodney Penuel, James Sims, Joe Flowers, Steven Jones and Travis Farley.
