Frederick Lee Slavens, age 68, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017 in Bay Minette, AL.             Burial will be held at a later date at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.             Frederick was retired from the United States Army with 30 years of service.             Survivors include his wife, Diane Slavens, Enterprise, AL; four step-children, Jason Brizendine, Meridan, ID; Christy Stevens, Enterprise, AL; Michael Brizendine, Ft.
