Elouise Purvis

Elouise Purvis, age 78, of New Brockton, AL, passed away, Thursday, March 16, 2017 in Medical Center Enterprise.             Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Roy Turner, Rev. Don Mills, Melissa Wilburn and Renee Kizziah officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Primitive Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to: Hardshell Cemetery Fund.             Mrs. Purvis was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.             Survivors include two sons, Wilbur (Charlotte) McLendon, Enterprise, AL; Kenneth McLendon, New Brockton, AL; seven grandchildren, Melissa Wilburn, Magnolia Springs, AL; Melanie Bailey, Dothan, AL; Renee Kizziah, Dothan, AL; Kenny Paul McLendon; Joey McLendon, all of Enterprise, AL; Brandon McLendon, Brundidge, AL; Christopher McLendon, Enterprise, AL; 18 great-grandchildren; one sister, Louise Gamble.   To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Elouise Purvis, please visit our flower store.
