Amanda Faye Floyd

Amanda Faye Floyd of Level Plains passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Medical Center Enterprise. She was 45. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM, Monday, January 8, 2024 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Clifford Quincy officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00PM until service time. Amanda loved to sing and dance, even if she wasn’t the best. She lit everyone’s world up. She loved her kids more than anything in the world. Fishing and hanging out with her friends brought her a lot of joy. If you were in need, she would give you the shirt off her back. She was fun and loving and always made you smile. She was preceded in death by her father, John Wade Commander and brother, Dexton McKee. Survivors include her daughters, Ally Oates (Kade) and Olivia Floyd; son, Julian Floyd; mother, Faye Currie (Gordon). “Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.” Proverbs 31:31.
