As a child, he attended Pleasant Grove AME Zion Church in Ozark, Alabama. He accepted Christ at a very early age. Later on in life, he joined Glory To Him Church in Ozark, Alabama, which he loved and attended until he went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Anthony truly was a man of God who loved God with all his heart, a great husband, an awesome daddy, and a very wonderful son. He was a 1989 graduate of Carroll High School. He furthered his education by attending Alabama Aviation College, a unit of Enterprise State Community College, where he earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Avionics Technology. Anthony was preceded in death by his grandparents, Willie Fred and Lillie Ruth Williams, R. B. and Essie Mae Newman, and his aunt, ArMary Respress. He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his loving and devoted wife, Katina Ann Williams; his wonderful children, DeVante A. Williams, Diamante H. Williams, and Tatyana A. Williams, all of Enterprise, Alabama; as well as his dearly loved parents, Thomas L. and Levon N. Williams of Ozark, Alabama. He also leaves to cherish his beautiful loving memory, four siblings; Tommy (Candice) Williams, Sr. of Aberdeen, Maryland, Angela (Richard) Clark, of Little Elm, Texas, Evangelica (Darnell) Brown, of Stockbridge, Georgia, and Amy (Bernard) Garrison, of Frisco, Texas; his father and mother in-law, Michael and Pamela Woods, of Ardmore, Alabama; brothers-in-law, Michael Woods, Jr. (Cela Susan) of San Antonio, Texas, and Gregory L. Woods, of Tarpon Springs, Florida; and sister-in-law, Katrina (Craig) Chapman, of Grovetown, Georgia. Anthony also leaves to cherish his loving memory, a host of uncles, aunts, in-laws, nieces, nephews, god sisters, godchildren, and many, many good friends. Psalm 23 was the last scripture that Anthony read over his family. On Wednesday morning, January 5, 2022, God gave Anthony’s mother a scripture from John 14:1-4 (MSG): The Road “Don’t let this rattle you. You trust God, don’t you? Trust me. There is plenty of room for you in my Father’s home. If that weren’t so, would I have told you that I’m on my way to get a room ready for you? And if I’m on my way to get your room ready, I’ll come back and get you so you can live where I live. And you already know the road I’m taking.” To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Anthony Antonio Williams, please visit our flower store.
