Avena (Ava) Dupree Lewis, age 88, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, December 31, 2019.           Funeral services will be held at Elba Church of God of Prophecy on Monday, January 6, 2019 at 2:00PM with Rev. Brian Sutton officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Elba.  Visitation will begin at 12:30 P.M. on Monday at the church.           She was preceded in death by her husband, Vanuel Lewis, three children, Doris Lewis, Danuel Lewis and Baby Lewis.           Survivors include 6 children, Mildred Ruth Lewis, Mobile, AL; Hazel Mae White (Raymond) Double Springs, AL; Joseph E. Lewis (Donna) Lampasas, TX; Avena Elizabeth Lewis, Janesville, WI; James Galon Lewis (Lisa) Elba, AL; Vanuel Dewayne Lewis, Enterprise, AL; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
