Betty Duke Mills of Enterprise, AL passed away Monday, April 29, 2024 at her home. She was 82. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Kerry Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, 1837 Highway 51, Enterprise, AL 36330. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Billy J. Mills; her parents, Evitus and Lennie Durden Duke; brothers, Rudolph, Harry, Tom, Wayne, and Wallace Duke. Survivors include her son, Mark Mills (Laura), Enterprise, AL; daughter, Martha Tuck (Ken), Dothan, AL; two grandsons, Joshua Mills and Jacob Mills, Nashville, TN; great granddaughter, Madison Mills; two great grandsons, Greyson Mills and Beckett Mills; sister, Emily Tooke Murphy; brother, Ricky Duke; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
