Carolyn Smith Sanders

Carolyn Smith Sanders, age 75, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 3, 2023 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Enterprise Chapel with Bro. Levi Key and Rev. Billy Cardwell officiating. Burial will follow in Mount Olive Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M. until service time. She was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Zachary and two brothers Edward Smith and Richard Smith. Survivors include her three daughters, Charlotte Sanders, Enterprise, AL; Charlene Chapman (Sam Bowman), Enterprise, AL; Candace Thompson (Jeffrey), Elba, AL; son, Jimmie Ray Sanders, Jr., Youngstown, OH; twelve grandchildren, Justin Strickland (Tempest), Kaila Strickland, Levi Key, Joshua Strickland (Tara), Dylan Sanders (Payton), Damien Cramblet, Virginia Chapman, Alexander Chapman, Devin Tyler Cramblet, Emma Ray Sanders, Brody Sanders, Trent Thompson; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Clark, South Carolina; Sharon Van Metre (Larry), Tennessee; brother, Gary Smith, Anderson, IN; numerous nieces and nephews.
