David Lewis, age 48, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Medical Center Enterprise. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, October 9, 2021, at New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating. Survivors include his mother, Sheila Lewis; his sister, Sherry Pike; two brothers, Terrell Lewis, Jr. and Steven Lewis (Kristen).
