Don Kenneth Mixson

Don Kenneth Mixson, age 84, of New Brockton, AL passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.             Funeral services will be held at Old Tabernacle United Methodist Church on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with Bro. Wendell Benner officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:30 on Friday and continuing until service time. Memorials may be made to Old Tabernacle United Methodist Church.             Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Patricia W. Mixson; a daughter, Donna Simmons; a son and daughter-in-law, Eddie Mixson (Sharon); three grandchildren, Hannah Mixson; Tyler Simmons (Rena); Luke Simmons (Megan); four great-grandchildren, Jon Simmons; Reeves Simmons; Jud Simmons; Walker Simmons.
