Donald also had a deep appreciation for music, particularly the fiddle and violin. At the age of 61, he began violin lessons and after a short time he started playing with the Tri-State Community Orchestra. Above all, Donald cherished his family. They were his greatest source of joy and inspiration, and he dedicated much of his time to nurturing those relationships.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents Shelley Clyde and Amy Lee Hundley, a brother Ed Hundley, a sister Lavinia Hundley Holsapple, and a great-grandchild Gabriel Joseph Hundley.
