Doyle M. Hughes, age 63, of New Brockton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Flowers Hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, September 23, 2022 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Hughes. Survivors include his sons, Eric Hughes (Katie), Macon, GA; Craig Hughes (Gib), Enterprise, AL; mother, Faye Hughes, New Brockton, AL; sisters, Brenda Holland (Jerry), Level Plains, AL; Bruniece Barley (Tommy), Enterprise, AL; Burdette Hughes, New Brockton, AL; grandsons, Peyton Hughes and Parker Hughes, Macon, GA; granddaughter, Gam Hughes, Enterprise, AL; a host of nieces and nephews.
