Elaine Sophie Helmstetter, age 79, of Daleville, AL, passed away, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in Southeast Health Medical Center. Services for Mrs. Helmstetter are not scheduled at this time. Mrs. Helmstetter was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Philip Henry Helmstetter, Sr. and two grandchildren, Brandie and Kyle. Survivors include a daughter, Leeza and David Sherffield; a son, Philip Henry Helmstetter, Jr.; grandchildren, Apollonia and Chris Shaw; Matthew Phillip Snell; Jessica Montague; Crystalee, Amanda, Myami Lynn; Megan; James; 17 greatgrandchildren, to include, Mitcheal Gibson; Brandon Shaw; Taylor Shaw; 2 sisters, Sally and Ron King; Carol and Jim DeWolf; 2 brothers, Al and Deloris Somodi; Frank and Lois Somodi and their families.
