Eva Nell Anderson

Eva Nell Anderson of Enterprise, AL passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at her home. She was 92.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at Christ Community Church with Pastor Adam Carlee, Pastor Derek Williams, and Pastor Joey Turman officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the church from 10:00 AM until service time. 

Mrs. Anderson was kind, humble, gentle and soft spoken. She was an amazing cook, who loved her family and family gatherings. She truly had a servant’s heart. Eva was a hard worker where she spent over forty years working at the Shirt Factory. She loved her prayer group and church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Lula Mae Sasser, and brothers, Ralph Sasser, Harold Sasser, Buddy Sasser, and Lomax Sasser.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years Charles Anderson, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Anita Longsworth, Enterprise, AL; grandchildren, Keli (Derek) Williams, Blake (Sara) Longsworth, Kristi Longsworth Rizzo, Brannon (Jordyn) Longsworth, great grandchildren, Oscar Longsworth, Wilder Longsworth, Copeland Longsworth, Lizzy Longsworth, Olivia Rizzo, Nick Rizzo, Greyson Williams, Grant (Mary Beth) Williams.

Serving as pallbearers will be Gary Anderson, Paul Anderson, Fernie Moore, Jody Moore, Larry Sasser, and Tom Sasser.
