Frank Allan Mclaney

Frank Allan McLaney, age 80, of Newton, AL, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 at Noland Hospital.           Funeral services were held at 10:30 A.M, Thursday, December 12, 2019 at the Daleville Chapel of Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory with Mr. Jesse Lee officiating.  Burial will follow in Newton City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.           He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Susie McLaney, brothers, Johnny McLaney and Michael T. McLaney.           Survivors include his wife, Syble McLaney, Newton, AL; two daughters, Lynne Spooner (Jamie) Sanford, NC; Angie Hicks (Brent) Chelsea, AL; two sons, Russ Dastrup (Char) Salt Lake City, UT; Frankie McLaney (Melissa) Newton, AL; grandchildren, Courtney Buchanan, Wellford, SC; Marlee Hicks, Chelsea, AL; Grayton McLaney, Newton, AL; his sister, Clariece Cole (Alan); several nieces and nephews.
