George Hines Bowman of Enterprise, AL, formerly of Old Tabernacle Community, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Graceville Health and Rehabilitation. He was 82. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, April 26, 2024 at Old Tabernacle Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Weeks and Rev. Wendall Benner officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Bowman, Enterprise, AL; brother, Jimmy Bowman (Retha), New Brockton, AL; numerous nieces and nephews to include a special nephew, Dwayne Bowman (Delisa), Enterprise, AL; two sisters-in-law, Margaret Howell, New Hope, AL; Prestene Gassett, Dothan, AL; two brothers-in-law, Charles Lott (Myrtle), Jack, AL; Mack Lott (Rita), New Brockton, AL.
