Walter Robinson

George Walter Robinson, age, 63, of Hartford, AL, passed away, Saturday, October 3, 2020 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Daleville Chapel of Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Jim Peters officiating. Burial will follow in Daleville Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Walter was an avid hunter, fisherman and all around outdoorsman. He was the man that could be called on by anyone in need. He set the example for what a good husband and father looked like to many. Even those not related to him loved and respected him for the way he lived his life and his morals. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Bea Robinson, a sister, Debbie Peterson and a brother, J. David Robinson. He was a loving husband to Suzanne Robinson for 30 years. He is survived by a special mother-in-law, Jeanette Waddell, 3 sisters and 1 brother, Lynn, Judy, Dixie and Mike; a wonderful father to Shane, Anthony and Christopher. He was always family oriented and involved in his 11 grandkids lives, Alexis, Nathan, Sydnie, Ethan, Tyler, Tao, Alexandria, Gavin, Maddi, Amelia and Sarah. He also had 3 special great-grandchildren, Bella, Gabriel and Paisleigh; he had many special nieces and nephews.
