James "Robby" Chambers

James Robert “Robby” Chambers of Daleville, AL went to be with our Lord Tuesday, June 27, 2023. Robby was born August 11, 1973 to Jimmy and Carla Chambers at Lyster Army Hospital, Fort Rucker, AL. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Daleville Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Peters officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M. until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to www.pancan.org. Robby was an Army brat, living in many places but mainly Daleville, AL, and Germany. He went to elementary school in Illesheim, Schwabisch Hall Germany and Daleville. He was a band parent to both boys and was a major part of the Daleville High School Band support. If the band needed help he was there, driving the support vehicle to away games and band competitions or anything that needed to be done. He chaperoned many band trips to many different places. He was an avid sports fan who loved the Dallas Cowboys, LA Dodgers, Crimson Tide, and Troy Trojans as well as Daleville High School teams. Survivors include his wife, Linda Chambers, Daleville, AL; daughter, Adawna Chambers, Daleville, AL; two sons, Bradley and Jacob Chambers, Daleville, AL; parents, James “Jimmy” and Carla Chambers, Daleville, AL; sister, Lori Ann Yeargan (Bill), Clarksville, TN; mother-in-law, Nora Louise Toney, Malvern, AL; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
