Jason Robert Bukowski, age 43, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Medical Center Enterprise. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Jason loved baseball and football. He spent many years coaching and officiating. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Janet Bukowski, cousin, Amy Bukowski and his best friend, Justin Hinckley. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Decker, Enterprise, AL; daughters, Brooke Bukowski, Bristol, CT; Jordan Bukowski, Enterprise, AL; son, Austin Bukowski, New Britain, CT; his maternal grandmother, Viola Fowler, Bristol, CT; his mother, Sandra Hebert, Enterprise, AL; his father, Robert Bukowski, Knoxville, TN; a brother, Jamie Bukowski, Dothan, AL; father-in-law, Mark Stephen Decker; mother-in-law, Patricia Jo Decker; brother-in-law, Matthew Mark Decker; his beloved Mookie and Miami; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
