Jonathon Drew Goodson

Drew Goodson, of Enterprise, AL passed away Friday, April 18, 2025, at Medical Center Enterprise surrounded by his family. He was 35.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Karl Hudson and Rev. Ronald Ball officiating. Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends Monday, April 21, 2025, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Drew’s children’s trust fund c/o Benita Livingston or Jim Goodson.

Drew Goodson was a devoted father, a cherished family man, and a true jack-of-all-trades. His love for his children was the anchor of his life. Drew had a deep passion for the outdoors and could always be found where the mud was the thickest-riding ATV’s fishing at his favorite spots, or just enjoying time with family and friends outdoors. He had a special knack for heavy equipment and a talent for fixing just about anything that needed repair. Drew had a way of lightening any situation and brightening any room he entered. With a big heart, strong hands, and a spirit that never backed down, Drew brought laughter, strength, and steady love to everyone around him. His legacy will live on in the memories he made and the family and friends who loved him so fiercely.

Drew was preceded in death by his stepfather, Lynn Livingston, his grandfathers, Billy Jim Goodson and Ray Pittman, and his uncle, David Goodson.

Survivors include his children, Madalyn Grace Goodson, Whittaker Drew Goodson, and Ally Rae Goodson; his mother, Benita Livingston; father and step-mother; Jim and Mila Goodson; three brothers, Derek Goodson (Kasey), Tyler Livingston, Peyton Goodson (Jaylee); step-sister, Amy Livingston Lowman (David); nieces and nephews, Owen and Jace Goodson, Paisleigh and Emersyn Livingston, and Avery Goodson; grandparents, Patricia Pittman, Verdell Goodson, Ronald and Charlotte Ball; aunts and uncles, Mike and Cassandra Pittman, Kyle Pittman and Beverly Howell, Judy Goodson, Matt and Marsha Routley, Wendy Norris, Peggy Livingston, Jeri Waddell; cousins, Chase Pittman, Sara and Rebecca Routley, John and Cody Norris, Chad Goodson, Russ Goodson and Natalie Hart.
