Joseph Douglas Strickland, Sr., age 77, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Thursday, July 23, 2020 at Medical Center Enterprise. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with a Military Chaplain officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Hagler Strickland, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Crystal Strickland Ivey (Shaun) Level Plains, AL; a son, Joseph Strickland, Jr., Enterprise, AL; sisters, Clara Strickland Casey, Enterprise, AL; Edna Strickland Martin (Murray) Enterprise, AL; Frances Strickland Bowman, Huntsville, AL; Linda Strickland Carr (David) Enterprise, AL; a very special “granddaughter”, Cierra Hagler.
