Larry Gentner

Larry Gentner of Enterprise, AL passed away Friday, March 23, 2018 at Flower’s Hospital in Dothan, AL. He was 66.   Funeral services will be held Monday, March 26, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Luke United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Warren officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00P.M. Larry was preceded in death by a daughter, Samantha Rose Gentner. Larry served in Vietnam in the US Marine Corps prior to his retirement as SFC from the US Army. Larry had numerous awards to include two Bronze Star Medals and the Air Medal With Valor.Survivors include his wife, Yulian Fu (Linda) Gentner, Enterprise, AL; a son, Randy Gentner (Janna) Norfolk, VA; two daughters, April Gentner, Michigan; Cassie Gentner, Maine; parents, Kenneth William and June Rose Gentner, Michigan; three sisters, Joyce Marie Williams (Michael) Michigan; Kathryn Ann Querry (Terry) Florida; Michelle Lynn Lang (Patrick) Michigan; two brothers, Dale Edward Gentner (Carolyn) Indiana; Kenneth Earl Gentner, Wisconsin; 14 nieces and nephews.
