Lea Hamilton

Lea Hamilton of Enterprise, AL, passed away Thursday morning, December 23, 2021 at home. She was 92. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, January 7, 2022 at Memory Hill Cemetery, Dothan, AL. Lea Hamilton was known by many names, such as “MiMi’ to many grand and great-grandchildren, “MoM”, and my personal favorite “The Mominator”. She was sweet and kind yet, she was also a handful. That was just her way, and we loved every bit of her. Mrs. Hamilton was preceded in death by her husband, Levi C. Hamilton; her son, Levi C. Hamilton, Jr. and her daughter, Edna M. Hamilton-Milligan. Survivors include her daughter, Dona Hamilton-Carter, Enterprise, AL; 6 grandchildren, Brandi Carter, Florida; Christina Carter, Daytona, FL; Danielle and Johnny Donaldson, New Brockton, AL; Nicole Denius, Alabama; Little Zach, Dothan, AL; Big Zach, Daleville, AL. She also leaves behind 10 great-grandchildren, ranging from Alabama to Melbourne, Florida. Mom, you will be very missed by so many people. You touched so many lives during your time here. You are now free to go and do whatever you want without restriction. No more suffering or pain. Time for you to go have some fun.
