Leona Bass

Leona Bass, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Enterprise Health & Rehabilitation. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Slade Stinson officiating and Searcy Funeral Home & Crematory directing. Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her husband Edward Bass, mother Elizabeth McKelvey Ray, father Albert Ray, brother James Ray, and sister Katherine Butler Ray. Survivors include numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. The family would like to express special thanks to the staff at Serenity South Senior Living, Enterprise Nursing Home, and Southern Care Hospice.
