Linda Carr

Linda Carr, age 74, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Flowers Hospital following a brief illness. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Dr. Danny Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in Keyton Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 9:00 A.M. until service time on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Carr, two brothers, Douglas Strickland and Cecil Strickland. Survivors include her daughters, Cathy Malkoff (Gene); Connie Carr Hurst; 4 grandchildren, Abby Hurst Berry (Ryan); Bailey Goodson (Drew); David Malkoff; Anna Beth Malkoff, all of Enterprise, AL; 2 great-grandchildren, William James Berry; Whittaker Drew Goodson; 3 sisters, Edna Martin, Enterprise, AL; Frances Bowman, Huntsville, AL; Clara Casey, Enterprise, AL; numerous special nieces and nephews.
