Lomax Marsh

Mr. Lomax Marsh, 75 of Enterprise, AL, died on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, after a lengthy illness.     Funeral services will be held 1 pm, Friday, April 13, 2018 at EL Bethel Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Hart, Rev. Don Tew and Rev. David Hingson officiating.  Burial will follow in the EL Bethel cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends from 4 pm until 6 pm on Thursday at Searcy Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the EL Bethel Baptist Church, 9432 Hwy 27, Chancellor, AL 36316.     Mr. Marsh was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Taft and Ruby Lee Mouring Marsh.     Mr. Marsh was a 1965 graduate at Auburn University.  He was a CPA and worked as a public and private accountant for 52 years.  He was also a lifelong member of EL Bethel Baptist Church and served as a deacon.   Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Cheryl Chancellor Marsh, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Vicki Ann McDaniel (Chris), Enterprise, AL; Dr. Bradley Lomax Marsh (Robin), Enterprise, AL; brother, Howard Lamar Marsh (Lell), Monroe, GA; five grandchildren, Nathan and Noah McDaniel, Mason, Colin and Molly Marsh.
