Mavis Berryhill

Mavis Berryhill, of Daleville, AL, passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 at her home. She was 86. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Monday, August 28, 2023 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Daleville Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 P.M. until service time. Mavis is preceded in death by her parents Elvy and Gladys Cherry, brother Humax Cherry, a sister Elner Cherry Best, two sons-in-law Neal Smith and Jimmy Adams. Survivors include her four children, Rhonda Whittington; Debra Adams; Latricia Smith; Carson Roberts (Robin); thirteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Evelyn Tolar; brother-in-law, Jerry Best; host of nieces and nephews.
