Mildred Louvinia Thomas

Mildred Louvinia Thomas of Enterprise, AL passed away Thursday, September 12, 2019 in Enterprise.  She was 92.   Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 16, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with Bishop Tom Winters, Jock Spencer and Kenneth Madsen officiating.  Burial will follow in New Home Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory on Sunday from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM.   Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben Thomas; a daughter, Jewel Jeffcoat; and a son, Travis Thomas.   Survivors include a daughter, Betty J. Padilla (James Crockrell), Enterprise; 3 sons, Denver Thomas (Viola), Enterprise, AL, Roy Gene Thomas (Diane), New Brockton, AL, Gaylon Thomas (Denise), New Brockton, AL; 20 grandchildren; numereous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Vera Baine (Bill), Samson, AL.
