Myrl Bullington

Myrl C. Bullington of Enterprise, AL passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at Enterprise Health and Rehab. She was 88.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Shiloh Cemetery in Clayhatchee, AL with Rev. Daulton Keel officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. 

Myrl was born September 22, 1936, in Daleville and raised in Enterprise. She graduated from Enterprise High School. After graduation, she met and married a military man, the love of her life. Myrl settled into military life and created a loving and stable home as she raised her two sons. She also loved returning home to Enterprise to spend time with family whenever possible. After retirement, they relocated back to Enterprise to be near family. Where she enjoyed family, friends and church. 

Mrs. Bullington was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years William D. Bullington, her parents Corbitt and Ada Cobb, her twin brother Earl Cobb, her sisters Lucille Steward, Voncille Hubbard and Shelby Lunsford.

Survivors include her two sons, William D. Bullington, Jr (Patricia), Virginia; Thomas Lynn Bullington (Donna), Georgia; four grandchildren, Michelle Lynn Bullington, Virginia; Christopher Ryan Bullington, Virginia; Marian Kathleen Anger (Justin) Tennessee; Elizabeth Lynn Bullington, Alabama; great-grandchild, Emily Rose Bullington, Virginia; brother, Foy Cobb, Enterprise, AL; numerous nieces and nephews.
