Mr. Neil Carter, 78, of Daleville, AL, died on Tuesday, November 5, 2019. Memorial services will be 1 pm, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at New Covenant Church in Newton.  Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Lucille Carter and brothers, Harold and Billy Carter. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hall, Daleville, AL; daughters, Sherry Christian, Northport, AL, Anita Turner (Donny), Newton, AL, Cindy Edwards (Tony), Enterprise, AL, Kay Douglas (Roger), Idaho, Donna Nash, Michigan; brother, Chick Carter, Abilene, TX; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
