Nelwyn Mixson Fussell

Nelwyn Mixson Fussell, age 86, of New Brockton, AL, passed away, Monday, September 17, 2018 at her home.             Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, September 20, 2018 at Old Tabernacle United Methodist Church with Rev. Lee Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Old Tabernacle Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Old Tabernacle United Methodist Church.             Nelwyn was preceded in death by a son, Dean Fussell, a grandson, Benjamin Fussell and her husband, James “Jimmy” Fussell.             Survivors include her daughter, Ginger Ann Buckley, New Brockton, AL; grandchildren, Brian Buckley; Chris Buckley; Doug Buckley, all of Seattle, WA.
