Ozella Helms Jacobs of Enterprise, AL passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017 in Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She was 81. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Bethany Baptist Church with Bro. James Newell officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing. The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 2:00 PM until service time. Mrs. Jacobs was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Barron Jacobs Sr. (2007) and a brother, William Quinton Helms (2010). Survivors include her daughters, Cammie Jacobs Goodwin (Tim), Enterprise AL, Bonnie Jacobs Gulledge (David), Dothan, AL; her son, Billy Barron Jacobs Jr. (Barbara), Enterprise, AL; 7 grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Grace, Billy, Christy, Tanner, Brandon; 3 great-grandchildren, Jake, Hazel Grace, Athan; sister, Miriam Helms Hughes, Enterprise, AL; brother, Roger Helms (Jean), Ozark, AL.
