Randal (Randy) Foy Phelps, 59, of Daleville, AL passed away Friday, June 23, 2017 at his home.             A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church of Enterprise, AL at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017.  The family will receive friends at the Church beginning at 9:00 A.M.             Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Foy and Anne Phelps.             He is survived by a son, Foy Phelps, Clarksville, TN; sister, Dana Cappadoro, Enterprise, AL; brother, Michael Shane Phelps, Enterprise, AL; two aunts, Therese McCarty, Dothan, AL, Patri Boswell, Birmingham, AL; several cousins and extended family.
