Roger Byron Smith

          Roger Byron Smith, age 67, of Opp, AL, passed away, Thursday, July 4, 2019 at his home.           Memorial Services will be held 1:00 P.M. Sunday, July 14, 2019 in the Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel.             Roger lived at his residence in Opp for the past 34 years.  He served in the US Army and was deployed to Germany during his service.           He was preceded in death by his parents, Roscoe and Mary Lee Smith and a brother, Scott Smith.           Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Rick and Elaine Smith, Headland, AL and three nephews.
