Rose Mary Windham

Rose Mary Lewis Windham 93, born 03-27-25 in New Orleans, LA passed away July 10, 2018 in Chipley, FL.Rose Mary met Enterprise native Charles H. Windham, Jr. in Tuscaloosa, AL where he was attending the University of Alabama. They married in 1942 and then Charles joined the Army Air Corp and left to fight in World War II. Charles and his father, Charles H. Windham, Sr. owned and operated Windham Jewelry Co. on Main Street in Enterprise for several decades. Rose Mary worked there for many years and after Charles Jr. died in 1982 she tried to keep the business going but was unable to do so and closed Windham Jewelry Co. in 1984. Rose Mary is survived by 3 sons, Robert of Miramar Beach, FL William of Trussville, AL and Charles L. of Wausau, FL. Rose Mary lived with Charles L. for about 20 years. She is also survived by three grandsons: Todd, Jason and Jeffrey Windham and one granddaughter Amy Muir. She is also survived by 4 great grandsons: Tucker Windham, Connor Windham, Tristan Muir and Sawyer Muir and three great granddaughters: Angelina Windham, Kasey Muir and Sadie Muir and one step great grandson B.J. Raines and one great great step granddaughter Emma Raines.
