Roy Alex Jordan

Roy Alex Jordan, age 83, of Enterprise, AL, passed away, Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Flowers Hospital.             Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with Rev. Karl Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory on Friday, August 3, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Memorial donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.             Mr. Jordan served 32 years in the U. S. Navy and retired as an AEC.             He was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 1 sister.             Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Barbara Ann Jordan; his children, Deborah White (Emmett) Prattville, AL; Roy Jordan, Jr. (Catherine) Coffee Springs, AL; Mickey Jordan (Beverly) Enterprise, AL; 7 grandsons, Chad White (Laura); Andrew White (Sheila); Kyle White; AJ Jordan; Jason Jordan (Cherish); Dustin Jordan; Nick Jordan; 1 granddaughter, Alison Jordan; 9 great-grandchildren.
