Sarah Chancey Ezzell

Sarah Chancey Ezzell, age 90 of Enterprise, Alabama, died on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Medical Center Enterprise.                Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Friday, March 9, 2018 at the First United Methodist Church of Enterprise with Pastor Tonya Elmore officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends in the church parlor on Friday 10:00 a.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: First United Methodist Church, Enterprise, Alabama.                Mrs. Ezzell was a graduate of Huntingdon College and briefly taught English and Spanish at Abbeville High School.                She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she was a member of the First United Methodist Church Chancel Choir, Harbourlite Sunday School Class, Circle 1 and the United Methodist Women.                Survivors include her daughter, Elizabeth Hutchinson (Ron), Enterprise, Alabama, a son Charlie Ezzell (Tammy), Enterprise, Alabama. Grandchildren: Heather Boswell (Chad), Enterprise, Alabama, Blake Hutchinson (Shannon), Huntsville, Alabama, Hilary Campbell (Justin), Auburn, Alabama, Blair Hutchinson, Huntsville, Alabama, Chase Ezzell (Dawn), Enterprise, Alabama and Mary Catherine Wood (Trent), Auburn, Alabama. Great-Grandchildren: Aren Boswell, Daniel Boswell, Rosalie Hutchinson, Jane Claire Hutchinson, Ethan Campbell, Kate Campbell, Sarah Campbell and Alivia Ezzell.                The family would like to express their love and gratitude to caregivers Janice Speigner, Jackie Howell, Jennie Jerkins, Annie Jean Cooper and Constance Jones.
