Sonja Marie Polk, age 56, passed away, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at her home in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Howard Moore officiating. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shanna Marie, a son, T. J. Murr, her parents, Linda and Chuck Polk and her husband, Jeffrey Jones. Survivors include a son, Chris Polk, Ozark, AL; two daughters, Beth Kelley (Kwamen) Panama City, FL; Kay Kirkland, Panama City, FL; two sisters, Pam Polk, Ozark, AL; Lynn Werner, Ozark, AL; best friend, Tresea Adkins; domestic partner, Bob Bryant; beloved special friend, Frances Bryant; six grandchildren, Tristin, Trentin, and Tanna Parker; Jordan Polk; Tyler Nichols; Jayce Polk; four great-grandchildren, Shi, Miyah, and Ky Kelley; Nolan Day.
