Theodora Cabunoc Jones

Theodora Cabunoc Jones, age 78, of New Brockton, AL, passed away, Thursday, August 3, 2023 at Extendicare. A Celebration of Life will be held at Extendicare Health Center, 950 South St. Andrews Street, Dothan, AL at 2:00 PM, Monday, August 21, 2023 Theodora was a simple lady who enjoyed playing bingo and other activities with the staff at Extendicare. She never let anyone leave her presence without saying, “God bless you” or sharing a fist bump. She loved everyone she met but loved the Lord more. Her faith was strong and she loved to tell everyone about it. She is preceded in death by her sister Josephine “Joey” Keohohou. Survivors include her two sons, Gregory Cabunoc, Maui, HI; Wendell Cabunoc, Oahu, HI; three daughters, Darlene Umemoto (Nelson), Molokai, HI; Derina Kaina (Bo-Bo), Las Vegas, NV; Sheila Rivera-Soto (Ivan), New Brockton, AL; seventeen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; four brothers, Jerry, Henry, Zack and Stanley; numerous nieces and nephews.
