Theresa Kaye Crompton

Theresa Kaye Crompton of Newton, AL, passed away on March 11, 2022 at Flowers Hospital in Dothan. She was 65 years old. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Theresa was preceded in death by her father Nelson Brown and her daughter Tanya Rose Saunders. Survivors include her daughter Terry Brown of Kingsport, TN; her mother Lois Brown of Johnson City, TN; a sister Donna Brown of Johnson City, TN; four brothers, Nelson “Spud” Brown, Jr. (Della) of Independence, VA, Tracy Brown (Erica) of Walkertown, NC, Keith Brown (Heather) of Elkin, NC, Joel Brown (Tomika) of Johnson City, TN; a grandson Trystan Brown of Kingsport, TN; a host of nieces and nephews; a devoted friend Kathy Brier of Newton, AL; a devoted friend Tarna Winiarski (Mike) of Newton, AL; as well as Dillion and Logan Winiarski, whom she loved like grandsons.
