Virginia Ann Strickland

Virginia Strickland, age 67 of New Brockton, AL, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2021 at her home. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at New Home Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Cliff Quincey officiating. The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Don Strickland and a sister, Mary Ann Rogers. Survivors include a daughter, Sherry Maddox (John) New Brockton, AL; granddaughter, Brooklyn Nelson (Ryan) New Brockton, AL; a great-grandson, Mason Maddox; a sister, Donna Adkison, New Home; a brother, Larry Adkison (Patty) New Home; numerous nieces and nephews.
