Hayden Jewerell Townsend, age 16, of Enterprise, AL, passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Enterprise Chapel with Rev. Terry L. Threats officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M. until service time. Hayden Townsend was born to Angela Renee Johnson and Billy Ray Townsend Jr. in Enterprise, AL on November 20, 2005. He attended Enterprise High School where he would have started his junior year. He loved to play basketball and football. As a child, he used to put his basketball in a seatbelt. Hayden was well known and loved by many. Hayden will truly be missed. Hayden loved hanging out with his friends and playing video games with his friends. Hayden was an intelligent young man and had a promising future ahead. Hayden completed me! This is not a GOODBYE, until we meet again son, Love, Mom. Hayden was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joyce Wilder, Albert Wilder and Hayward Johnson; uncle, James Blackmon; and cousins, Zachery A. Smith, Zion Jackson, Cazaviean Wilder and Starla Baker. Survivors include his mother, Angela R.
